We always aim to do a proper job. But if something's not right, we want to know about it.

Once the work's finished, please check it over against what we agreed and let us know straight away if anything's not up to standard, by phone, email, or in writing.

What happens next

We'll respond within 5 days of hearing from you. We'll then arrange a convenient time to come and look at (or fix) the issue within 28 days.

If we can't resolve things between us, you can escalate through Which? Trusted Traders' Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service, which is included as part of our endorsement. Call Which? Trusted Traders on 02922 670 040 and they'll advise if you're eligible to use it.
