Electrical Certificates for Landlords in Bromley & Lewisham
Landlords have a legal duty to keep tenants safe, which means fixed electrical installations within a property must be in good working order. The Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020 require fixed installations to be inspected and tested at five-year intervals.
